Our dental therapists work under the close guidance of the periodontist to provide you with periodontal maintenance. They are all highly experienced in their chosen field, having between them worked alongside our periodontists for over 30 years.

Seminars and conferences have provided Christine with modern and updated information and being part of this highly motivated practice has been an instigator for continual loyalty in her working environment.
Her spare time is spent with her family but her passion is fine arts. She spends countless hours painting and absorbing reading materials on the great artisans of the past and present.
I worked with a lovely Dental Therapist in Cottesloe who encouraged me to go to university and do Dental Therapy and I have never looked back!
I graduated in 1992 and got my first Dental Therapy job working for none other than Dr Norbert Radny.
Over the years between having children and jobs closer to home, I have returned here and have been back since early 2014, continuing to treat some of my first patients.
Although there are other areas I can perform as a Dental Therapist, periodontics is my favourite. I enjoy seeing the improvements in my patient’s mouths and their oral health.
All in all, this is a great job and I get to work with a wonderful team of passionate people. Yes, I love my job!
Attending professional seminars and conferences regularly, Meredith continues to expand her knowledge and skills. For the last 27 years Meredith has primarily worked at Radny & Valizadeh Periodontics and Dental Implant Centre, where she is a valued member of the clinical team.
Our Practice Manager – Julie
Julie qualified as a dental assistant in the UK back in 1982. She worked in the NHS system for 10 years in both general dental and orthodontics, before starting a family. Julie re-trained after the birth of her daughters as an accounts technician and for 5 years worked for a small accountancy firm providing companies with payroll, and end of year financial reports. She then diversified by taking over a rural post office and general store where she obtained her liquor licence and anti-money lending certificates! Due to government cut backs the business was forced to close and she then made the decision to re-locate her family to Perth WA in 2007. Due to her love of dentistry she decided to return to her former career and has never looked back. She joined us in 2012 as Practice Manager, and brings with her a wealth of dental and managerial expertise. When she is not busy at work you will find her walking her two beloved dogs or with her family.
